- Work-Life Balance: Generous paid vacation time. Your Impact on the Floor As our 3rd Shift Quality Monitor, you will be the gatekeeper of our product excellence, ensuring everything that leaves our facility meets strict customer and company standards. You will:
- Examine & Evaluate: Inspect printing visual appearance and converting structural functions against precise customer specifications.
- Test & Analyze: Run visual comparator analysis checks and randomly sample products for deep-dive evaluations.
- Manage Non-Conformance: Review and handle non-conforming materials to align with customer requirements.
- Document & Report: Input defects into batch records, generate customer reports, and reconcile final inspection paperwork for shipping. What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: At least 2 years of Quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment (experience in packaging manufacturing is highly preferred).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Savvy: Knowledge of ISO 9000 procedures is a major plus.
- Skills: communication skills to generate customer reports and relay critical quality data.

Responsibilities
Your Role You will examine the product to customer requirements/specifications in relating to printing visual appearance
and converting structural functions.
You have the ability to communicate information to respective customers and generate reports upon request.
You will review non-conforming material to meet customer specifications.
You will perform visual comparator analysis checks.
You will input information into batch records to reflect document defects for customer review.
You will randomly sample products based on company and/or customer requirements for evaluation.
You will reconcile final inspection documentation for shipping.
Your Profile Minimum Qualifications
You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
You have already obtained a minimum of 2 years of Quality inspection experience in manufacturing
environment.
You have a minimum of 1 year of packaging manufacturing environment experience preferred.
You have knowledge of ISO 9000 procedures a plus.
