Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant III to provide dedicated support to one or more mid to senior-level managers. In this fully remote role, you will navigate a diverse and complex business environment, acting as a key point of contact for customers, executives, and external partners. The ideal candidate brings a high level of technical proficiency, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Data & Documentation: Perform highly accurate data entry, maintain tracking systems, and ensure thorough documentation. Communication: Manage outbound communications with members, providers, external partners, and executives in a professional manner. Complex Administrative Support: Manage ongoing projects, compose professional correspondence and reports, and prepare/edit presentations. Leadership & Collaboration: Recommend process improvements or decisions, and provide training and assistance to other administrative staff. Problem Solving: Utilize analytical and negotiation skills to resolve administrative challenges efficiently. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience & Education: High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent) AND two (2) years of experience in administrative support or a related field; OR a minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative support or a related field. Top Skills Needed: Data entry accuracy & impeccable attention to detail. organization and time management. Computer and systems proficiency. Technical Knowledge: Intermediate to advanced skills using the Microsoft Office Suite (word processing, spreadsheets, and basic presentation or database applications). Soft Skills: written and verbal communication, interpersonal finesse, leadership capabilities, and problem-solving skills. Note: No specific certifications are required for this role.
