**Job Title: Recruiter (Full-Time - REMOTE) – Virtual Assistant Agency**
**Location:** Remote
We are a fast-growing Virtual Assistant agency supporting coaches and digital businesses with remote talent across social media, lead generation, podcasting, admin, and tech roles. We are scaling quickly and looking for a Recruiter who can help us build, match, and retain top-quality Virtual Assistants globally.
This is a hybrid recruitment + talent success role. You will be responsible for hiring VAs, matching them with the right clients, and supporting retention by ensuring strong alignment and ongoing fit.
* Source and recruit Virtual Assistants across multiple roles
* Post jobs on LinkedIn, job boards, and online communities
* Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
* Coordinate interviews with HR/Operations team
* Maintain and update candidate pipelines and trackers
* Match VAs internally to client roles based on skills and fit
* Support VA onboarding and smooth handovers
* Help improve VA retention by tracking performance and flagging mismatches early
* Ensure assessments and follow-ups are completed on time
* 3+ years experience in recruitment (remote/staffing preferred)
* Strong communication and screening skills
* Experience with virtual roles or global hiring is a plus
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
* Basic understanding of VA roles (social media, lead gen, ops, etc.) is preferred
* Full-time remote role
