The PA for worship and discipleship will work closely with the Pastors of Christ Community Church to lead the worship ministry and discipleship programs of Christ Community Church. As the worship leader the PA will help to plan services and lead the music ministry. Activities would include recruiting and training team members for the worship and A/V teams. As a leader in discipleship ministry the PA would oversee the adult discipleship programs of the church. All staff members are expected to be deacon and or elder qualified and will be involved in the general care of the church members.
