Position: Occupational Health Nurse II (RN)

Location: Westfield, IN

Job Type: Contract

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Hours: 40 hours per week

Seeking a Registered Nurse with occupational health experience to provide employee health services in a manufacturing environment. The role includes responding to workplace medical needs, managing occupational health programs, supporting employee wellness initiatives, and maintaining compliance with health and safety requirements.

• Provide first aid and occupational health services to employees.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies.
• Manage work-related injuries and Workers' Compensation cases.
• Coordinate return-to-work activities.
• Conduct employee health screenings and vision testing.
• Maintain medical records and occupational health documentation.
• Manage medical supplies and equipment.
• Partner with Environmental Health & Safety and Human Resources to support workplace health programs.
• Participate in emergency response and employee safety initiatives.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Two to four years of Occupational Health Nursing experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience with workplace medical emergencies.
• Experience performing employee vision or eye examinations.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation case management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
